  • What I Eat In A Day 2023 | Easy Low Carb Meal Ideas -- Hey!! Welcome back to my channel! Today's video is another highly requested, What I Eat In A Day. Sharing todays full day of low carb healthy meal ideas! I lost a total of 50lbs, from my heaviest to my leanest (and have since maintained a healthy average of 43LBS lost) by living a more active lifestyle, and choosing healthier meals/ingredients. I tend to since eat higher protein, lower carb/sat. fats/sugar. Eating this way 80/20 allows me to still enjoy treats, in moderation ;) - I hope you enjoy & Thanks for watching!!

    - In the morning i will drink coffee with creamer & ice water along with my breakfast.... I drink A LOT of water each day. this is my usual drink of choice. (i also like flavored seltzer water throughout the day.)
    Skip the juices/specialty coffee drinks, etc that are loaded with sugars and carbs.

    Creamer and half and half. Two of the things I really miss about America! We only use normal milk in Australia. Stores don't sell creamer or half and half

      @@TaylorBee it's not a thing here, we all just use milk in our tea and coffee. I think creamer and half and half is an American thing because I haven't found it outside of America/Canada. But it does taste good!

    What’s the total calories is this in a day?

      I don’t count over all daily calories, I just try to stay conscious of each meal itself. (I focus on where those calories come from each meal, choosing lower carb/lower sugar/lower saturated fats. Higher protein.) when in deficit I try to burn off whatever the calories are for one of those meals (typically dinner is the largest amount) so whatever that number may be I would focus my calorie burning around that :)
      However that can change based on type of work out and amount allotted per work out / time of the month, etc. as long as you are burning excess calories to reach a deficit in what you intake (I incorporate cardio / HITT / weight training)
