  • This video is about how I lost 40lbs! and SO many of you asked me to start sharing what i eat, along with my workouts and other related topics! In this video, i show you some meal ideas to help you lose weight/gain muscle & maintain a healthy lifestyle and balance.

    i usually buy cage free eggs.
    *BUY STEAMER HERE: go.magik.ly/ml/c6f0/
    1.
    for easy to peel follow these steps. If serving eggs cold, add 1 tray of ice cubes to a large bowl and fill with water.
    2.
    Add 1 inch of water to a large pot. Place steamer insert inside, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Add eggs to steamer basket, cover, and continue cooking, 6 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 12 minutes for hard-boiled.
    3.
    Serve immediately if serving hot. If serving cold, immediately place eggs in a bowl of ice water and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before peeling under cool running water. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
    *or take straight out of fridge, and steam for +/- 20 min.
    not as easy to peel but taste the same.

    Very similar to what I eat! People criticize what eat all the time. They tell me I eat too healthy and that my portions are small. I’ve learned to listen to my body when it’s satisfied and I honestly don’t need big portions to feel full. I’m not tall...I’m only 5’3. Good video!!!

    Although I LOVE the taste of PB, I definitely eat a lot of it throughout the day and probably should be more conscious of how much fat I'm eating because of it... Just purchased the Pb2 to give that a try! Thanks for the recommendation Taylor ❤️

    Hey Taylor! Your video that talks about your weight loss journey is my all time favourite. It is so raw and real and it is truly inspiring. I started eating healthy two days ago and I am walking for an hour everyday. I gained 30lbs while in nursing school and I want to take better care of myself. I weight 170lbs and my goal is eventually 130lbs for now. If I keep getting larger in size, my future patient’s won’t listen to me when I tell them that they should lose weight. I want to feel better in my skin and make the world a happier, healthier, brighter place! Thank you for all that you do, Taylor, whether it is makeup or these videos.     I personally don’t like cooked zoodles. I think there so gross and mushy! So I just pour the hot topping over the raw zoodles..

    Love these videos girl! Keep up the good work!! I am trying to get off the weight I have gained since my car accident and having to take steroids the past few years to help with my chronic pain. The steroids made me gain 100 lbs in 4 yrs. completely insane! So I really admire all your hard work and dedication :)
