I feel these exercises are doable. Very doable. But have a question.... Are we supposed to do these exercises only once or there is a repeat? Meaning we do each exercise 1 time or more before we move on to the next.
No you should do each atleast 3 to 5 times

To the person who does the editing - Perhaps you can show Ma'am on one half and the person doing Yoga on another half of the screen and eliminate random clips of people walking/sitting/standing/breathing altogether... It breaks the flow when you show the person doing yoga and then quickly switch to Ma'am or some clip.. I understand that the clips depict what Ma'am is saying, but all these visuals together create hotch-potch... Bearing the purpose in mind, please make sure that the person who is demonstrating is visible throughout... Thank You 🙏
