- in this video I show how the tool swing works as a bench grinder, vice, tubing/pipe notcher, bar stock bender and bench grinder stand. I also show many ways of mounting them to a workbench.
I especially like the grinder. It's not used that often but uses a lot of space. They have been selling these for kitchen cabinets to hold a large mixer for decades. Never saw any for the shop, though.
Man I love the way that works. Swinging up from underneath and locking in to place. Brilliant set up.

Definitely need this in my shop, not many have a clue how much equipment and tools needed that are bulky space consuming....so are plans available or are you going to make me figure out my own design?

@@164ChopShop Looks to me like you could have a real good business making these and selling them. Unless you don't have the time or making them and selling them is not worth it. Been there and done that. You could sell plans like Jeremy Schmidt did on his 2x72 in grinder. I bought his plans and built his grinder, it was fun and a nice machine when finished. Think about it.
I can`t stop thinking about all the space wasted by storing it under the bench like that... I really don`t have the luxury of wasting that much space.
Well.. Thats the trade off. What's more valuable? Your work space or your storage space? Either way the space is used.
