Exactly. The judge should mero moto issue a contempt warrant for failing to remain present in accordance with a summons, alternatively the evidence presenter should apply for such warrant and let the attorneys for Zumba explain why it should not be issued forthwith.

Somebody must also do something about Adv. Sikhakhane’s conduct. He is clearly part of this, and he is not acting in the interest of justice by pushing legal boundaries to the limit. He also sneers at Adv. Pretorius like he has personal issues with him. He is the one who said they will review or let Zuma sit there and remain shut, so why does he jab the evidence leader for only repeating what he said?
They are the ones who advised Zuma to leave, but I know there won’t be proof of this unethical judicial conduct. Sikhakhane is playing legal-politics and he is too blind to see.
