Mark, I just wanted to share with you that coworker had one of your field watches in green (#ISL-43) and I immediately knew it was one of your watches so I asked my coworker about his watch and before I could say anything. He said it was an Islander watch with pride and excitement. You definitely produce a great watch! Just wanted to share that with you.
    Cheers!

They're slick. I like them quite a bit, but one caveat: they add quite a bit of bulk to the bracelet. They're really wet suit extensions; the on-the-fly micro adjust simply comes with the territory. Still, they're cool and I've got them on both a Bali-Hai GMT and an OG Monster with a Strapcode bracelet. The Bali-Hai is a nicer clasp, but they both work quite well. Just keep in mind that they do add a bit of heft and bulk. Not a big deal on the Bali-Hai (it's a brick to begin with), but it's quite noticeable on the Monster.
