Coming back to this after hearing about Wowaka’s passing. I wonder if he ever heard this, because I sure have hundreds of times. His music helped me get through a dark period of my life and I remember listening to this cover in particular a lot when times were really rough. I’m so much better now, but this song comes back in to my life sometimes still.
Rip Wowaka, you were a legend. I’ll keep rolling, for you.

Even 3 years ago, in one of her oldest covers, Miku-tan's voice is still beautiful, and she's only gotten better since then. And yet people still wonder why I listen to her and other Utaite like her...
I'll be frank: she's out of their league. It's insane how strong her voice is as well as it's range. Not only that but her voice is able to quickly fluctuate between high and low pitches. Like you said she has only been getting better.

There is no real meaning but it symbolizes giving up and suicide.
I believe the songs talks about a girl (In this case, Miku or whoever is singing the song) who "rolls away" from her problems, she refuses to face her problems and bullies head on and instead beats herself up inside by believing everything that they say about her. The boy seen at the end of the official PV is known as a relief factor as he "stopped the breath from slipping out."
But, that is my theory. ^^
