seriously i see people arguing in the comments section about miku acting bitchy in this, vocaloid personalities change in every song- they just act as a medium for the story.
if you see the correct Japanese lyrics for the song, the story is about her going through character development.
initially she was selfish and demanding but as time went by, she realized that if she was to continue her ways she would lose the person she loves.
she wants her boyfriend to notice her and 'truly think she is cute', as a 16 year old myself, i understand that she is just being naive.
however, she changes and calls him her 'prince' meaning that she always saw him as an equal. in the end she lets go of the 'sweets' she constantly demanded before and changes for the better.

At first I didn't like the song because the rhyming doesn't exist and the lyric placement is very awkward, but I came to enjoy the song as it still sounds good even though it breaks all the traditional rules of common music. Amazing voice too.
