This song hits me extremely hard and deep, deeply cutting in since this is what I felt and slip back into for so long.
I- depression is so hard to deal with, hard to even express without just falling apart and crying your heart out. From each little thing you do wrong, it just felt bigger.
I sing this to myself and cry each time from how much it fits my life. I love these songs that expresses and explains how depression is.

In the original i viewed the male as the girls demons, and in the end "Just hold your breath for now." Sounded like the girl was gonna commit suicide, that her demons won. But in this, it makes me feel like someone actually cares about the girl, and wants to hear her story rather than kill herself.

Worlds End Dancehall is probably my favorite Vocaloid song next to invisible. It's such a great song, when I go to my local Arcade I always play those two if I can.

Man all of Wowaka’s songs are hard to sing, including his other Vocaloid songs and the songs he wrote and sung for Hitorie. I remember Shinoda(Hitorie’s current vocalist who took over once wowaka passed) talked about how he was amazed that wowaka was able to sing his songs.
@@galaxydoesartz2395 the songs are insane, in the best way possible. I think that’s why I love them so much is they are really fast paced and very emotional. It feels like when you’re so upset that all you can do is scream (not all of his songs but quite a few).
Although the song is quite depressing, I cried tears of relief. This kind of effort and production made me really happy. I was in a really low state of mind today and I got recommended this. It's really helpful to know that even if you have already covered this, you're still improving and keeping it relevant. Wowaka would be so happy.

In the original animation we see that two people, well two important people in the story and this time there are three, normally in this kind of reinterpretation we do not change this kind of thing so ... Maybe to be that it really means something but pushing too much is not good ... XD

That's cause the original *is* much darker. Rolling refers to self harm, and she ended up killing herself in the end. This version brings a much more hopeful perspective on that kind of situation honestly, its nice

I've listened to the original many times now and I've always been smacked with this visceral feeling of overwhelming depth when the chorus hits and I end up crying, but because it was in japanese I didn't know why I got such an intense feeling. I obviously understood the general meanings in the song and chalked my reaction up to it just being a very very good track cuz.. well, its wokwaka and this is a famous song for a reason.
But then today I listened to this cover, finally learning what the lyrics meant and when it started I was only impressed by the general vibe, the music and of course the vocals. But when the chorus hit, I balled my goddamn eyes out. It was one of the weirdest things to experience but for some reason this song literally drags a deep feeling out of me and it made me sit in my chair just crying because of how overwhelming this foreign emotion is. I don't understand it but it's frankly incredible.

Well, I think this English version song took their interpretation of the original song as Hatsune Miku succumbing to her own negative thoughts and doubts, but was saved and hugged by a mysterious figure near the end. And most people took it as that from the original. But, people had other different interpretations too. Other people believed that the mysterious figure was the personification of her own depression. And she was trying to get rid of her depression while trying to keep rolling (living). In the original song, near the end of it. The mysterious figure says "Is it enough yet?" She says "A little more." This can be taken as her depression asking her if she's tired of trying to live through this pain to reach the other side. But she says she wants to continue through. She also says "Pretty soon something will probably be visible." meaning that she thinks that she might see the other side soon, filled with color. Hopefully.. Then the mysterious figure says "I will stop your breath... Now." Then her depression hugs and comforts her for the last time.. She was so broken that her own depression was the only comfort for her in the end.. He says again "Is it enough yet?". She says "It's fine." He says "You will probably be tired soon, right?" Then the last line of the song says "I will end your breath... Now." As she starts closing her eyes. Implying that she stopped rolling.. That's the end. I was saying all of this so I could give out a different perspective of the song. Ending of the song an be taken as hopeful or dreadful.

I was in the mall while listening to this and ended up crying. I actually like the key of this version, and the vocals are executed beautifully. The lyrics add impact. I really love the instrumentals! I usually hate English versions, but I honestly love this one and all the effort that was put into this!

God, I love the line "Please just let me hold your breath for now." Like, please just let me carry you while you can't carry yourself. When you're ready to stand, you will, but until then I will help carry you through it. I will hold your breath for you until you're ready to breathe again. Because you will breathe again.
I was so sad when your original cover was taken down since this has to be one of my favorite vocaloid songs of all time but this is SO amazing and worth the wait! "One more day" ("Just once more") has been my motto for years when it comes to battling my depression. "One more day" makes weeks, months, and years, and that's how I'm still here.
man I can't get enough of how the girls eyes glisten when they finally get pulled into that hug ( in both versions ). I'm going through depression and high social anxiety and feeling like I want to end it all right here and now, but this scene always makes me feel so hopeful that maybe one day I will get the same comforting hug from someone who cares. :((

as always lollia and richard making us roll through the ground just because of the sheer talent.
The ending brought a tear to my eye. Phenomenal job all!
"They'd watch me roll again" hits different when you grew up depressed and neglected
This song has always had such a powerful hold on anyone who grew up getting addicted to Vocaloid. Just like "Love is War", "Purple Butterfly On Your Shoulder", and the like- it was a piece of what would eventually become an almost new wave of J-Pop, and in the same breath, also define the kind of sadness people around the world- not just the Japanese- started to feel build up inside of them. And Wowaka probably didn't get to know just how deeply they reached into the heart of so many people- teenagers or kids- when they discovered it. Probably even some adults.
"Just once more", "No, no more" is such a strong message, and I've listened to this cover you guys have done so many times without appreciating it the same way I have done today. So, from one depressed person to the void of TH-cam comments (and of course to the talented Lollia and Richaad, who I always look forward to new content from)
Somewhere out there is someone who wants to hear your story, even if it will never reach the masses. You matter.

I feel like this song is very close to Lollia's heart. We know she has struggled with mental problems, and I think this song helped her like it helped many others. I feel the change at the end of switching it from implying suicide to implying someone was there at the end to help was a personal edit from Lollia to imitate how things went for her. This cover is so beautiful, and even months later I still get so emotional listening to it and singing with it. Congrats Lollia, you breathed new life into a classic vocaloid masterpiece we all know and love. Well done once again.

I like how the cover changes the ending to be genuinely sweet
Can I just point out that I love how the original video and this one is so similar but they sorta tell a different story... like in the original video it's just miku and the other character I saw as to be her depression, but in this one there are 3 main characters, Lollia, Her personified depression, and the person hugging her at the end. In the original video, the part where miku is running away but the "person" catches up to her. I see that as her depression has finally caught up to her and at the end it's not her being comforted but her actually finally giving up... and well... you know what that means... BUT IN THIS VERSION I'd like to point out again, there are THREE main characters, I see the bearded man as her personified depression but who is the person at the end you may ask. Well... Let's look at the running part again like mentioned before, Miku was caught by her Personified depression while on the other hand Lollia kept running... also at the very end instead of Lollia getting took over by her depression, at the very last moment someone pulls her out of it. Tbh I sorta see it as a friend helping her through an attempted... u know... but she managed t stop her... unlike it the original miku didn't have anyone making her attempt successful, but Lollia had someone... someone she trusted... someone that helped her through the pain... Idk... this might be me overthinking things but I lowkey feel like this is a psa to never hold your true feelings to yourself... that if you keep holding them back for so long that when they finally catch up it's to much to handle... So please... If you are struggling right now, don't go through the pain alone... it will only make it hurt more... and remember... people love you and I love you, you are an amazing person that is going to do great things, So keep fighting!!! You are dead wrong how can you love me? You don't know who I am and honestly keeping to yourself is the best thing. You go and tell others how you feel and they just use it against you. The end if 2021 I was actually gonna go through with it and just throw my self off a cliff and be done with it. Some one convinced me not to but have things changed no im still sad im still depressed I still wanna kill myself every day. My life has no meaning no purpose to it I get up I eat I go to work I come back I eat I sleep. Do it all over again and I've only live on my own since October and im just so fucking lonely. Sure I can go see my family but it's not the same when I sit here alone after everyday of work I ask myself what the fuck am I doing? I just feel like I have no purpose im a stupid sack of shit who should just give up and be done with it.
