She is on life support and is conscious that she is in coma. She wants him to just let her die, but he can't hear and he hates himself for being a coward and forcing her to live because he's afraid to live without her. When she says songs she no longer hears or sights she no longer sees, she means that she can only see illusions of them, but never the real things. And she never will be able to again because she's in a permanent coma. P.S. the unluckiest time in Japan is 4:44, as seen at 2:16 on the screen in the background. This is because the word for 4 sounds like the word for death.
