I found your channel a little over a year ago. I love your workouts and your cues. I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease 2 1/2 years ago and your exercises are perfect for negating the forward posture associated with PD.
Really enjoyed this Rachel. I did 20 minutes at 8 pm to wind down before bedtime. After hauling boxes up from my basement and decorating for Christmas. Then I kept losing YT connection?? So I completed the rest of the video this afternoon. 🥰

This was a great way to start Christmas morning as have not been not able to squeeze my pilates in during this busy holiday and my lower back has been quite painful. Just what I needed for my morning workout especially for tight inner thighs. I try the SAW exercise whenever you include it but I’m not improving flexibility on that one. I’ll keep at it but don’t have much hope I can get any closer to my toes. Thanks Rachel

Absolutely, if it feels good then do it as often as you like for a physical and mental break- works so well to move the body and change our thoughts just because we can ☺️
Good session, but I don’t feel any stretch out of the spread legs/adductor move, when we’re pulling heels in. If you include that in future sessions, could you please explain it more with further prompts, thanks. I Skip the trunk twists, elbow to opposite knee in sit-ups, causes lower back discomfort; just continue doing scissoring of legs, arms supporting head.
Hate to say this, but sometimes I know it was good workout when I mentally swear at you thinking “you must be kidding!” Like axing me to reach back and grab leg or one more bit of abs work. 😢
