I'd loose my mind. they should release a video on how they trained her waist. because ive seen when Candice first started on VS, her waist was always great but now its more defined and are hips are more conspicuous in contrast to her waist, her and her trainer should release a vid on how she trained her body. I need to know the secret.
I know this is like 4 years later, but I disagree with the person who answered you. I don't think its weight loss from cardio. It's slimming from strength workout. Cardio doesn't sculpt your body, strength workouts do!
it is genetics and there is no way to get a waist that tiny if it isnt, i do nothing at all and have her body with an even tinnier waist, i even have six pack without working out, some people just have it and i dont see whats so great about it
I also work out as hell right now, to get fit for the summer season! Also working with stretch, boxing, core, ketllbell, cardio, running, dance, body combat and various of strenght exercises. You can achieve anything, if you just set your mind to it! And if you really want something, truly want it, you gonna get it! And I really want a VS body, haha :p So that's why I'm pushing myself to the limit, but gently of course, cause the body need to rest too ;)

I used to do this workout religiously 5 years ago (accompanied with other Victoria's secret workouts here in TH-cam). It did little on my abs, but let me tell you that it really toned up my legs and thigh. My younger sister even told me that she wanted my legs lol 5 years later I'm back again to do this all over again 'cause I got fat and enjoyed life lmao
You would be surprised but since most vs models don’t have to slim their thighs by reducing fat since their body types are mostly muscle they are trying to slim down the muscle but also tone it which is exactly what these stretching exercises do. So it does work but the effectiveness depends on your body

Slow and controlled movements definitely shape the body, at least for me I always notice how leaner muscles look after a pvolve type workout. Definitely only works if you already have a good level of fitness beforehand though

The closest you'll get it maybe an isometric contraction of the bicep at the top, for 1 second max. The function of the bicep is elbow flexion and forearm supination, the function of the tricep is elbow extention, and the function of the shoulder is shoulder flexion (front deltoid), shoulder abduction (middle deltoid) and shoulder extention (posterior deltoid). She is doing NONE of these movements. Seriously. If you actually want to gain muscle, lose fat, or both please do not follow these workouts. Seek knowledge about strength- and hypertrophy- (gaining muscle) training from scientific sources and actually get results. - Best regards; A personal trainer who actually cares about helping people achieving their goals.

Actually it says change ANGLES not change ANGELS. Angles with an 'l' before the 'e' is referring to geometry. The trainer is telling you to change the direction your leg is pointing in.
that is so true, my body is the same and my mothers as well and we never work out although we switched our diets which brought minor change but in general it is genetics and genetics only
@@xxxmmm3812 lies. you can be naturally thin yes. but to be toned requires some exercise. unless you are skinny fat. which is when someone is tall and thin but they have no definition. also Candice was a ballerina so high intensity cardio workouts are probably not her fave. hence why she opts for this kind of strength training. with good form, varying pace and many reps you will see that it is a good workout. PS i'm naturally thin with a smaller waist as well so i can definitely call you on your bullshit that you have a VS angel body with no exercise. VS angels are fit and strong not just skinny.
