Victoria Secret's should release an exercise DVD with Candice, Adriana and some of their other Angels! Now that would be the only exercise DVD I'd ever need to buy, seeing how hard these girls work and what they've achieved is really motivating to try and tone up~ ^.^
I love how they share this with other women! These women are good role models, they're promoting exercise and health! They show society that you don't have to be anorexic or unhealthy to be fit and attractive. They're healthy, confident, beautiful ladies with confident personalities. I personally first tried this out around 3 weeks and it is working! So thank you so much VS ladies for sharing this.

And yes I've seen changes, my jeans looks better on me haha. It targets the abs, hips, legs, inner thighs and of course you're always working the butt. Just eat clean too, avoid junk food it's okay if you have a craving, go eat it don't torture yourself, and the secret is to drink lots of water too. @adamcrookedsmile As effective as they may be, it's harder for more 'delicate' ladies to do workouts involving weights. . I can say that because I'm one of those. lol. This trainer has adapted the workouts to be suitable for fashion models instead of regular 'fitness junkies' (for lack of a better term).
Why should you keep your head down? What does it change in the exercise? candice clearly has her head up (which he said not to do) so... which one is it?
I am 13 , 5'6 (166 cm) and weight 110 pounds (50 kg). Anyone think I can walk the runways of vs one day or just to have vs body? ( For the runways isn't going to happen, but i can dream, right :)? )
xXNirvanaXx I'm gonna be honest with you if you get taller workout ... you could have a chance but it's hard it's always a long way to go you also need a great face and if you really wanna work for Victoria secret you need to have "that" personality that they are looking for but let's just say your not growing much more because height has something to do with your genetics (of course you could help with LIKE swimming good amount of sleep and drink milk for your bones don't smoke or drink ) but let's just say your like that height you're right now then you could be a photo model 😊 But sadly I'm not really sure which height is really correct but many people told me that you have to be at least 1.75m (I'm not sure about that btw ) to be a runway model but if you have a great face legs and something special about you I think they wouldn't make that kind of a big deal but it would be harder Bc like 99.99 % of these size 0 models are really tall .But you should NEVER stop believing your dreams work for it and achieve it.Even tho it could be really hard I promise you that everything will get easier ❤️ Ah I forgot to add that you could ask model agencies for the height and your chances but don't stop if some of them tell you that you couldn't do it Bc there are many models too who couldn't get jobs at first (hope this was kinda helpful 😅)
I forgot to add that the smaller you are you have to be skinnier but that doesn't mean to starve yourself a healthy diet and good workouts will do it 😉

Vanessa In all honesty I would suggest this and a lot more. You will probably see results, but it'll take some time Unless you plan to go all out like 3 to 5 minutes per set.
I don't understand with these videos, do you just do the sets once? or do you do them in different sets? I know from researching this trainer and the angels workouts that they usually spend an hour doing full body work outs. so do you do each workout all at once? I'm so confused :/
