IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS TUTORIAL FOR YEARS!!!! I followed this tutorial for my permit like 11 years ago and so many girls saw my permit and told me that I looked like a model.
Thats awesome! Do they still sell their makeup products somewhere? I checked the nearest Victoria’s Secret store near to me but they said that they didnt.

It's actually mostly because they were applying those VS face products without a setting powder and those are very dewy, shiny looking products. Gives them a really glowing, healthy and youthful look even if they're run down and tired (models actually tend to have slightly dehydrated skin because of the long hours, piles of makeup and air travel). I love the glowing look, especially on Candice. She always looks better with that little bit of shine!

akissofthesun i think they also primed her face well. Sometimes when the pores are filled with makeup, it tends to sweat giving the shiny look. That’s why people do powders, in this case she didn’t.

I was thinking the same usually the model sits still so I think her bouncing and rubbing her arm is what is giving the vibe but that may just be a nervous tick.

Some people are commenting on how shiny her face looks. I think it looks great like that I want the same for my face, it looks healthy and pretty, I think. Also it shows off how beautiful and clear her facial skin is.

notice they didnt set the foundation with a powder? her "shiny" face is victoria's secret look, it's the dewy, healthy look that radiates and illuminates underneath the lights they use for photoshoots
It won’t last all day without setting it with a powder
It’s also not good if you have textured skin as it will highlight the texture.
Large pores, fine lines, areas that have less volume and up looking more noticeable with this texture. Definitely need to at least powder the under eye area, smile line area, or areas with large pores like the sides of the nose/inner cheek
or maybe vs don’t sell a powder...

most women cannot follow this tutorial and actually look just like her. i love that they say "pick the shade closests to YOUR SKIN TONE!" it's all about technique. a lot of people think Victoria's secret is racist. they are not. they are accepting of dark skin women. not common but they are.

she used tinted moisturizer. That automatically makes u shiny cause well its a moisturizer. And she didn't powder Candices skin, I don't know if she did after the vid was over or she forgot too, but if she powdered her skin she wouldn't have been shiny.
