How To Fix Connection Issues “Additional authentication needed” For Good!

This video will show you how to fix a connection issue called “Additional authentication needed”. This issue recently started occurring on my Xbox Series S/X and I could not understand why.
After searching around for ages and not finding an actual fix for my problem I did some investigating and found the solution! It was because of a feature on my new dual-band wifi router. My last router was just a 2.4GHz one and the new duel-band does 2.4GHz and 5GHZ.
Hopefully, this video will help explain the problem with the MAC addresses and why you do not need to enter an alternative MAC address.
