@@DentalDigest do you have a particular preference for a toothpaste that can reduce sensitivity to sugar and whiten my teeth Last time I saw my dentist I didn’t have cavities (any more cavities I should say) so my at risk areas sorta cleaned themselves up but I still can’t eat some candy because it hurts my teeth like anything with white chocolate
i recommend the Colgate Whitening Toothpaste that removes 10 years of stains, i've always had actual yellow teeth and not just kinda tinted yellow and it works so good. my teeth are more then 5 shades whiter
Native makes your teeth yellow… I have 2 bottles of it the floride one and the non floride one. I use both every day and have for at least a week now despite being marketed as whitening toothpaste. My teeth were more white before I started using them. They don’t have any of the whitening agents mentioned in this video, I literally just checked. I don’t recommend using native toothpaste unless you’re sensative to other mint flavors cause this one doesn’t feel like it burns your mouth. If you do decide to use native I recommend using another whitening toothpaste with it to make sure you get that whitening.
Wow this video is really informative and useful, it's really saddening to see that society values your more recent braindead content more. You are very talented for recognizing and creating that more viral content, it's just disheartening to see that this isn't the type of content that goes viral and the way this channel has had to pivot to be more relevant
Dental Digest then: "Here are some good toothpastes you should use". Dental Digest now: "HERE'S A PENIS SHAPED TOOTHBRUSH WITH TOOTHPASTE MADE FROM HOT CHEETOS. IT'S DISCLOSING TIME!"
People that heavily use peroxides are prone to getting crazing/cracking on their teeth. That's because peroxide dries out your teeth temporarily, weakening the tooth structure. And the more you use it, the worse it gets (since dried out teeth don't remineralize very well), and long term it just leads to bad things for your teeth. So don't go for the unnaturally white look, it's bad for your teeth. Stick with using a gentle whitening toothpaste like Rembrandt or Dentisse a few times a week to remove surface stains. For sensitive teeth, long term you need to use a remineralizing toothpaste like Enamelon or Theodent. It won't work as quickly as the Sensodyne, but it will actually help to heal the underlying condition of having exposed tubules. Regular fluoride toothpastes aren't very good at remineralizing, they are better at protecting the surface of the teeth from acids. Premier even makes an Enamelon gel that is an at-home fluoride treatment that is safe enough to use without a perscription, after your regular toothpaste (it tastes really bad, which probably means it works very well).
Are there any toothpastes you recommend for getting rid of white spots on teeth? :) I was going to whiten them but I figured it would probably make them stand out more
