Hi guys really love this show. I have a son who is on his own now and i refer him to your videos. He is improving his kitchen skills quite well. God bless you.
I add corn to my pelau too❤
I wud never put a rusty nail in my meat to soften it but I did hear from an old lady in Mayaro that she puts a few pieces of dry coconut shell in her pot to tenderize meat. Never tried it.
I am a recent viewer of your videos and I am hooked. Thank you for your simple down-to-earth approach to local cooking...it is very refreshing. All the best in your future videos.
I remember guys who didn't get a response from a skinny girl telling her if they had to cook her they would put her in a pressure cooker with a pound of nails and a green pawpaw. Btw meat tenderize sold is actually papain an extract from pawpaw, granny was right!
I love the chemistry of you both on this show! I watch every episode ❤👏🏾
I've certainly learned a lot and used your recipes and techniques! My kids and I have lots of fun! Keep on keeping on!

I just started watching you two and I love you guys. I've made a meal already which came out fantastic watching you do it step by step. Now on to my second meal 😋 Ya'll doing a great job. Thanks so much!
I have used coca cola, carib, homemade wine in many dishes and they came out great. I have been cooking since I was about 10 years old, taught by my grandparents and parents. I love to cook. Learnt about top and bottom fire, dirt oven cooking, learnt alot from the older heads as we grew up in the country. U guys do a great job, don't let the negativity and bitterness of others get u down. Keep up the great work and keep smiling
Ya'all just have good working chemistry which is really good it makes working together enjoyable.
