Everytime i watch your channel i am seeing an exponential increase in the energy between the both of you... This is foodie love story... lol... Good job guys. Nice recipe.
Top 3 places I frequented in Trinidad: 1. Brown's (St James, he only comes out at around 9pm mostly weekends) hands down legendary, no close competition. He has a signature concoction call 'Tropical' I seriously had to ask him if this was still punch he doing tasted like nothing I ever had before. Whole other level. 2. Horsepower (Downtown corner of George & Independence Sq. The area is a little rough to venture but there are gems to be found in rough places) They have the widest and weirdest variety of blends I ever saw from aloes to eddoes to shark fin moss or just get the usual which is awesome. 3. Harry's (they used to have a mobile cart in front of New City Mall, Downtown)They had a blend with peanut, banana & linseed together with granola, glucose power and pureed ice, tasted somewhere in between a milkshake and icecream.
My favorite 'punch man' was Shawn. He used to sell his punch by the St. Barbs taxi stand in Port- of- Spain and my favorite flavor was the peanut punch. Yummmm!
@@n.b.1148 ok bro cuz ik a Shawn in Brooklyn selling punch and he did say he use to sell back home in Port of Spain so that’s why I ask his name is Shawn but we call him big head in Brooklyn
Hi from New York. Thanks for all the videos. I will definitely be trying one of my favorite things the peanut punch. Well if I may ask please - Christmas is coming and As things have most of us at home can you give us a Christmas series eg. how to bake black cake, turkey, ham, pastels, sorrel, ginger beer, the hold longer time Christmas spread. I’m sure viewers will appreciate that very much. Thank you. Please keep safe.
I have never bought punch (except for eh hem the boxed version) many moons ago. I do however make it at least once a month. I hate blending it with ice though, it gets watery. Just pop a glass into the freezer for 10mins and you're set. Only thing I add is oats sometimes if it is a meal replacement.
I just tried mixing store bought peanut punch with vanilla ice cream, which is great. Then I tried mixing it with oreo cookie ice cream and that was amazing!!
Love this recipe.... I add frozen bananas as well.... n yes chef Jason.... Kezzy was right! Lol the ice helps with that frothy cold vibe of a well mixed punch! Love you both! 😘😘😘
This reminds me of my childhood growing up in Trinidad. Thanks for the recipe, don’t get this in Connecticut, you have to go to New York for it and it’s very expensive. Thanks to you guys I can make it myself now in my Nutribullet RX.❤️ U guys
I microwave the pb for a few seconds so it incorporates fully into the liquid and doesn't stick to the blender. Might also add a couple dashes of powdered ginger and/or cardamom
Banana and Peanut hits the spot for me....would def put the nutmeg and cinnamon next time.....I use vanilla extract as opposed to vanilla essence instead
Best punch was somewhere in POS at night. (I don't even know where my friend took me lol,but was by a punch man on the street somewhere in POS) I usually blend a little granola in it rather than just garnish but I will definitely try this. I don't think I've ever used evaporated milk so shall give that a go. I'm a peanut punch connoisseur so I will make this for sure. I'm always trying out different peanut punch recipes so it was awesome getting one from my fave foodies here on TH-cam. Thanks so much. I love you both. You always make my day when you post a new video. Chef Jason keep up with the corny jokes and Kezzi stay sweet and dainty. Xoxo Maurissa
Hey chef Jason and Kezzianne that is a punch to the stomach. Well done again and keep em coming. Keep safe and enjoy your weekend. You can also add frozen strawberries and banana. Sometimes i add oats to mine. Bless up ❤🙏🏽🙏🏽❤
