    Incredible summary
    1. At Lunchtime - Write down 3 most important tasks and starmark the most important one and put a completion time.
    2. Ask yourself 2 Qs-
    a. What to do tomm to yield the best short term results?
    b. What to do tomm to gove myself most new opportunities?
    3. Use these tools
    a. 100 sec timeout - 6sec in + 2 sec hold + 7 sec out ; identity statement; 3 done wells ; 3 will do wells
    b. Ask & Chop - most imp task, mentally chop with knife

    First of all, thank you for sharing valuable summaries of books. But, i think if we live this way, the life would be so busy and then eventually we maybe burnout. The method looks more suitable for achieve your long-term or short-term goals.

Then form positive ( I am, I have) affirmations that show you are already exhibiting these skills and qualities and repeat these affirmations. That’s my take on the meaning of “identity statement “
