Think like a champion with 4 components 1, Belief - train like number 2, compete like number 1 2, Enjoyment - gratutide, humour 3, Self-talk - positive language to yourself 4, Toughness - resilient in the most gruesome moment

3:45 this is interesting. I’m definitely the one to make a joke when things get stressful or intense. It helps relieve the tension and calmly focus on the situation. I’ve been around a lot of people who don’t understand that and complain or whine that I’m “making light of a serious situation”. Now at least I have some validation that it is a worthy tactic

1st rule is actually better to forget, since its a subconcious mechanism rather than concious one, if u think about it alot, u wont ever start believing, cuz u'll thing u do it purposively rather than naturally. AKA this thing comes naturally by practice. Forget it, practice , and ull suceed. Talking from experience.
Hitting 3/4 (Belief, Self-talk, Toughness), but missing the important element of Enjoyment! Gotta seriously work on gratitude & enjoyment, but in my head they run counter to fostering toughness & nerves of steel! ... Gotta change the language around the concept of toughness & think of it more like bamboo, light & flexible, which lends itself to enjoyment more easily than cold steel!
Belief ‐ did I prepare so well that I felt as though I could not fail? Enjoyment ‐ did I maintain an attitude of gratitude and a sense of humor throughout the performance? Self‐talk ‐ did I deploy a steady stream of positive self‐talk to kill my automatic negative thoughts and stay present? Toughness ‐ how quickly did I reset and recover after a setback? www.productivitygame.com/summary-champions-mind/

The only thing better than believing in yourself is the actual _knowledge_ that you trained the absolute hardest and did the best you possibly could!
