awesome tip pulling the pins out! cable management looks like a nightmare overall, but what isn't with a commander pro. I was thinking maybe getting custom length runs from cable mod might fix up some clutter albeit expensive or cut, solder, and sleeve them yourself.
RGB makes the cable management a pain. If it were 4 Noctuas, then it wouldn't be as bad. I like the Corsair platinum power supply cables. They work for me. Making my own cables would be a fun challenge, though.
How did you get the x63 to fit into the top panel? Really struggling right now I think it is just big enough to prevent the screw holes on the side to line up
Hey man nice video! Currently working on my own build. Quick question, if I have the kraken X63 and two extra NZXT rgb fans at the bottom, anyway I can link those two with the AIO fans to avoid using a rgb NZXT’s hue+? Or can I plug my rgb fans directly into the 12V motherboard pins?
Hey man great, video do you know if the sata is only for the rgb and not for the USB or pump? I want to ditch all but the pump and USB as I use argus monitor for controlling the pump and not CAM. My only drgb will be fan frames in icue.
@@Subdubbin It does not. If you check the manual, the cable connecting to the PUMP header is just a "PUMP TACH" used the report the pump speed to the motherboard. You can also tell by the cable structure as only 2 (ground and speed signal) out of 3 pins are populated.

You might have to bend the top panel a little bit, and shove the radiator in there. Give it a little force, but don't break anything lol.

I don't know if mine will fit on the cpu

I am pretty sure the pump gets power from the "PUMP" header on the motherboard. Try it without the SATA connector plugged in.

Are you 100% sure the PWM cable powers the pump and not the SATA?
Yup, I've been running that AIO like this for years.
Geeze.. rats nest in front.. then again why bother if it wont be seen lol Saw a guy route hoses around near bottom to pump.. looked really good.
If I were to do this build over, I would get some Chromax Noctuas, or NZXT AER fans instead. That would get rid of the Corsair rats nest.
“who need cable management while you can hide the cables??” 😏😏😏
