@@banzaiib yes, it should not lock, but the driveshaft can spin free in 2wd and when the driveshaft has bounced in the direction that it cannot ratchet anymore (backwards) then it binds.
@@TheHolan I am welded in the rear and used the spartan up front and even if it did bind I wouldn’t really be able to tell with driving with a welded rear you get that kinda feeling nearly all the time lol .

what about flapping the driveshaft or binding and popping when in 2wd? mine was unbareable. i took it out again.
Why would it bind in 2wd? I thought it was only supposed to lock when torque is applied through the pinion?
