    Alex, I like your workouts, coaching and locations. One thing I would like to see is a running timer on the screen vs the 3.2.1 countdown at the end of the set. Just a personal preference. Cheers and keep up the good work.

    Hi Alex, this is Alex :-D
    After having sucessfully tried a couple of other TH-cam-Fitness-Gurus with different programs and equipment, I finally made it to the resistance bands. I've been training with these for about two months and I see considerable results! Even though I am already 56 years old, resistance bands are not only for physio and rehab, this I've learned with lots of sweat (no blood, no tears yet though). Now it is your turn to lead the way for me!
    This is the first video I did with you as "personal trainer". I just love the way to make me follow through the workout, how you explain and motivate. And after this first workout i am keen to do more. So many thanks for providing the free videos, which are definitely more than just appetizers. I will probably also download your app, but I am still somewhat hesitant. But I put it on my to-do-list, that's for sure.
    Alex, today you got me sweatin'. You're a very likeable and authentic trainer. Many thanks for that and best regards from southern Germany!

    Since I stopped going to the gym and training at home, I do these types of metabolic workouts, only that I use mini bands, they are great! Good job, Alex!

    I have seen my fair share of rubbish gyms while traveling, 🤣🤣
    At that point in my life, I thought resistance bands were child's play. If only I knew better. Now, they make up most of my workout 👌

    How about workouts for those bands with handles (that can be combined together to increase resistance) that lock into door frames? Rarely if ever see them on YT. Also, is there a standard colour for each resistance band strength? Eg. Black equals strongest. Thanks. 🙂

      I recommend focusing your attention on your nutrition, training, lifestyle, and natural ways to keep testosterone up. If you do a blood test and result in low test, then maybe you could with guidance.

      Since this is a full body workout,
      You can keep repeating this! Depending on your fitness and recovery, you could do this every other day for example. But also take a look at my band playlist too
