  • This 35 minute Upper body resistance band workout | Upper body workout at home | Upper body strength workout is made up of 3 x blocks of 4 exercises, each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest.
    Block 1
    1. Resistance band push up
    2. Resistance band bent over row and Dead lift
    3. Resistance band seated chest press
    4. Resistance band seated row
    Block 2
    1. Resistance band Military press
    2. Resistance band dips
    3. Resistance band side raises
    4. Resistance band hyper extension and lat pulls
    Block 3
    1. Resistance band hammer curl
    2. Resistance band triceps extension
    3. Resistance band hammer curl small grip
    4. Resistance band triceps side extension

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, th-cam.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

      No the tension is definitely different and also the resistance of band changes during the range of motion and with the solid weights that is not the case!

    Loved it! This has been the best upper body routine with bands I've seen so far here in TH-cam. And trust me, quarentene has forced me to watch a lot! Keep it up man

    Great workout Dan, I've been using resistance bands for the last 18 months so had some established conditioning with them, but got a bit bored of the same routine and your workout was a breath of fresh air, I'm much more motivated watching someone and with a timer. I had to use a higher strength band, but the workout still worked everything really effectively.

    Oooh this was 🔥 I pumped up a good sweat. I loved the rear delt exercise while activating the lower back with the extension at the same time. Those were KILLER

    This was an amazing workout, thank you! Really easily adjusted to resistance cables if you don’t have the continuous loop style of resistance band. I wish there was a warm up and cool down/stretch in the video too, since I don’t really know what I’m doing, but that seems to be a consistent thing on youtube workout videos.

    I'm really happy that resistance bands are starting to become more popular! I bought 3 for myself and so far they can be really challenging. I love how you can make it more or less difficult with the same band just by adjusting your grip! I also have some booty bands and they have been so useful in toning up, lifting and shaping my butt!

    Great workout! One of my favorite banded triceps exercises is standing with the band behind your back foot and then extending into an overhead movement.

    Just completed day 4/14 of my quarantine in China after returning fro the UK. This is just what i have been looking for!!! Came prepared with my bands and other stuff, but motivation is low after being in a hotel room for so long. Love your videos, look forward to many more 💪

I don’t have much space at home to buy sets of weights (and im not going back to the gym anytime soon 🙄) so i bought a set of long bands to help intensify my home workouts to try to build muscle at home and other videos i watched were ok but definitely not as intense as your workouts!! PLEASE make more band videos!!!! 🙏🏽

    Completely agreee with the other comments, your workouts are great! I've seen a lot of other channels since the beggining of the lockdown! You go straight to the point, don't waste time and go heavy!
