After searching for so many yoga teachers on this platform, your practice is one of the most authentic ones among the rest. l love the techniques you’re using, combining with breath and the postures. I think in Yoga, the combination of these two is the essence of it!

What a great session for someone who enjoys yoga but hasn't done it for a while. Energetic enough, but not too harsh. Lots of moments for deep stretches. Calming voice. Loved it, thanks so much.

I just did a one hour yin & restorative class for neck, shoulders and upper back as a replacement for the ashtanga practice. Tomorrow I will be all in again for the Hatha Yoga Morning practice 👏🤗💕🙏
I felt so good Lesley! I just realised that I shouldn’t do the kick for my head stand! However, I do not have the strength to use my core to lift up my legs at all ... so I keep on kicking for my head stand ... and maybe that’s why my neck is not so great and rely on my chiropractor and kinesiologist to fix my problems! Thanks Lesley! I shall practice more! Thank you!

This is my first time commenting on your videos though I've been using then quite frequently. This hatha challenge is being very wonderful - so relaxing, also challenging and strengthening, and I actually really like ashtanga yoga! I think my breathing is getting smoother, and now that I am out of commission for my I tense workouts for a while, I still manage to get stronger and HAPPIER with your videos. Thank you so much for your dedication, Leslie!
I love your ashtanga videos and easygoing approach! This one just moved a little slow for me, but I will definitely keep practicing some of your others that move a bit faster!

do you have faster paced Ashtanga videos? I thought the downward dogs were held too long. I'm used to taking quicker 5 breaths and moving on to the next flow.
hello ! i love your yoga classes and they help me a lot ! but now that i improved a bit i feel that i need more advanced classes (more difficult poses with more balance and strengh). Are you planning on doing some ? :) thank you For example in this video I love the 54:00 pose
251220 - Lesley did say at the beginning that the class would be intense and it was. I do yoga everyday with Lesley and I love it! BUT, this class was just too long for me today. Maybe another day it would be great but around the 46 minute mark I started to get a bit bored. Every move that we have ever done was thrown into this class. I started to skip bits and then just jumped to the end; sorry. I may try it again but it probably won’t be soon.
I thought this was really poor. It was done with a voice over which was saying what the move was that was being done as it was being done with no queue. That meant that unless you were watching the screen you were always at least a move behind, and it is pretty hard to watch a screen 100% of the time do yoga. Also, the yogi, who seems very capable and warm, got confused over left and right a lot, the fact that she noticed half way through doesn't excuse it. There are much better videos out there with much better descriptions and much better narration.
If you don’t have anything positive to share then keep your thoughts to yourself. Can you do anything even close to what she is doing. No one cares about your negativity.

I'm sure this voice is calming to some but the fake relaxing voice drives me crazy. Not offense I just like normal voices.
I don’t think her voice is fake. It’s what she was blessed with. Sure can’t please everyone. I love it!!!!
