I hate throwin stuff away. Good work!
Little tip I learned a few months ago, if you spray some 90% IPA on hot glue, and wait about 30 seconds.. it just peels right off.

I must be living in the dark ages. The more you know! I appreciate the information and look forward to trying it the next time I encounter a hot glue covered connector 😎 I'm sure it won't be long now!

That dryer is collecting moisture on the top, drill some holes to ventilate it and to really dry your filaments. If you don't, you can always analyse was your filament dry or not 😁

The gentleman that made this project possible! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to dust off some fans that I had lying around (for however many years it has been) and to practice some soldering skills!

@CovenantCustom happy to help! Soldering pro tip: pick up some "63/37" solder in a thin gauge, your joints will significantly improve 😀

@@TylerKrick Noted! Fun fact, this soldering wire was handed down to me by my father from when he had a need to solder, over 20 years ago. It's almost as if each joint holds sentimental value 😁 Used the same spool of solder for a science project that he and I worked on when I was back in middle school (can't say I've used it much since - maybe for a car radio or some miscellaneous projects otherwise). Will definitely add some thin gauge 63/37 into the mix now that you mention it!

What an awesome story- the hidden meaning behind seemingly simple objects!
