Thank you so much for explaining some more of the creatures that are to be in the game in the future. I had no idea for some of them. This looks like it will be very cool. One day... :) they really need to get some more people on board and some decent cash flowing. Who doesn't love to play as dragons??? 😍
The Scrab and whiskered paddletail are fully animated now, they just need their AI finalized. The snapper is also almost done (looks amazing). They hired a really talented animator to work on the AI creatures, though only for a short time while they were waiting for another job to start up. They are currently in the process of looking for more full time animators and a dedicated map designer.
@@akeemshaw6069 Yup lol, I had to have something there and there was not much else that would work. I do have some clips from the test server but...it didn't look right to mix the styles.

I found a swamp snapper by accident once and was nearly the size of an adult shadow scale. I don't know why but I was just intrigued with it and for some reason just kept on biting it, to see if there was a reaction but no. I did see a breathing animation for it and that is really cool.
Yup, at the moment we only have a few idle animation snappers in the swamp area but they will be coming to the new map as full AI with the 1.0 update - there will even be a quest that lets you play as one
I can't wait till they are swimming around and in the game. Though seeing those Snapper models in the swamp area has me fearing for my feet...and throat
Many do, but they are quite a bit of work to make them playable. The Devs plan on trying the Snapper's to be playable, and might expand to other creatures. The problem is that if there is no true gameplay loop, then most people with play them once or twice and then never again...and that's a lot of work for a rarely used gimmick.
Umm if you are still playing I would.like to play with you. I'm thinking of getting the game. So like which servers are active? And is there a discord for the game community? Where we can chat and make friends?
I am certianly still very excited for the game and seeing it grow though I am not focused on it at the moment due to other things. The Discord is very active and welcoming and you can find servers, Official and private, to suit your location. discord.gg/ushU7d5PWg will take you to the Discord.
I'm guessing you mean you 'bought' this game on steam. I'm not sure what would be preventing you from getting it to launch. Your best bet would be to head on over to the Discord (link in the discription) and ask over there as they are much better at the tecnical stuff then i am.
