What would have been really helpful is seeing you tension a chain that actually needed to be tensioned. I didn't find this helpful at all!

Doesn't the bike need to be on a centre stand or rear stand to set chain
Sorry but I've got to state the obvious guys! If your going to demo one of your products then demo it properly? Don't just go .. you undo this and adjust that .. blah, blah, blah! This is a demo video, so try actually demoing it!!! And if you don't know how to use a Spanner, there's no need to just demonstrate how much of a spanner you actually are to be honest. It's good that your trying, but not so good that your effort is so trying!!! For me, it's a FAIL.

Too little effort is put into this video and makes a great tool look a little wishy-washy!!

Dont watch as it doesn't help at all. The guy sets out to show how the tool works but picks a bike that already had its tension set so doesn't do what he is suppoesd to be doing. Ive heard great reviews about this product but if anything this chap has put me off buying one. I'm off to see if there is a decent video on this subject
