I was there, It was the first live for me , I flew from Italy to Amsterdam only to see him; he was TERRIFIC, played two and half hours in a row; He's an incredible artist, i think it was the most outstanding event of my life. Love you John. P.s. Come to Italy

After almost 5 years since this show I still go back to this video everytime and realize this was really one of his best performances. The whole vibe that evening was insane.

WOW!!!!! This was everything beautiful and totally amazing!! I wish I was there. He gives the best live performances and his concerts are off the hook! This guy and everything he does will be amazing forever. There will never be another John Mayer. Truth.

This might be his most perfect concert ever. I love where John is right now and what he’s doing. But I don’t think his live sound will ever be better than it was back then. This band has such a wide, epic yet still very deep sound. I hope he goes back to this sound someday even if it’s just live. Thank you for this video.

I'm really looking forward to his up-coming album... He's already suggested it's a kind of mix of all his styles, personally, I think it'll be a tasteful blend of Continuum and Born and Raised, which to me would be perfect! I'd like him to rediscover this stripped-back, bluesy approach again but also look forward to hearing it with his lower, more mature tone in his voice now. The only thing I'm a little wary of is his decision to move to PRS. Although I can guarantee it'll be tasty, his sound is in the Strat and in his fingers. Keep the great music coming John, we're all still right behind you!
It's not like he's never going to play strats again. I think live it'll depend on the song. He's just going to play the axe that feels right. No one makes better "John Mayer" decisions than John Mayer. Just my thoughts.

I love this show. It has got to be one of his best. I wish he designed all the set lists with him in mind! It makes me wonder how many other recordings of incredible concerts might be floating out there... I think you'd be hard pressed to find one better. Thank you for your time putting this together. I've probably listened to it 50+ times at work

It was only at the end, when it was almost done, that I thought it would be nice to share it with the world. It never occured to me at the time to ask my fellow TH-camrs for permission for using their footage, which was stupid but I just didn't think of it. As to asking you for the whole concert, I also didn't think of that XD It was the first time I made such a compilation video and I just wanted to see how far I could get with the videos I found on TH-cam. I just wanted to point to the fact that since the concertvideo is made out of TH-cam videos I collected, the sound won't get better than this because this is all I have. I tried to mix it in such a way that it sounds the cleanest, but it was the first time I ever did such a thing and of course the material wasn't great to start with XD But thanks for the appreciation and I hope you can enjoy it, even with the not so great sound ;)

Thanks for the compliment. And I know what you mean, but almost all included video's were in 720 or 1080p, so it's safe to say that it actually is in HD. You have to understand that it wasn't shot with professional video equipment, so the quality is of course lower than other, professionaly captured HD videos. HD only stands for the amount of pixels and I can tell you they are there ;)

This is an amazing concert and setlist. I rarely see artists perform as well live as they sound in studio.
