ചിക്കൻ 65നെ വെല്ലും ഈസി ടേസ്റ്റി സോയ 65 | Restaurant Style Special Soya 65 | Must Try Recipe |Ep:881

Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Soya -11/2 cup or 100 gm
for marination
Kashmiri chilli powder -1/2tsp
Chilli Powder -11/2tsp
Turmeric Powder -1/4tsp
Salt-
Curd -1tbsp
Lemon Juice -1tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste -1tbsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves -
Water -1/4cup plus
Cornflour -3tbsp
Rice Flour -2tbsp
Garam Masala -1/2tsp
Cumin Powder -1/4tsp
Ginger Garlic -1tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder -1/4tsp
Garam Masala -1/4tsp
Cumin Powder -1/4tsp
Curry leaves -
Chilli -2
Water -
Lemon juice -
Salt -
Ketchup -1tbsp
Chilli Sauce -1/2tsp
Method
Soak 100 gm soya in hot water. Squeeze the water off and then put it in cold water. Repeat the squeezing process for 3 times. Then cut the soya into small pieces. Keep it aside. Take a bowl add ½ tsp Kashmiri chilly powder,1 ¼ tsp chilly powder, turmeric powder, ¼ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp curd , 1 tbsp lemon juice, coriander and curry leaves , 3 tbsp corn flour , 2 tbsp rice powder and add salt. Mix well with little water. Add the soya and marinate it for some time at least for 20 mins. Now we can fry the soya chunks in oil. Always fry in medium heat oil. Then take a pan add some oil and heat it. Add crushed ginger and garlic paste. Add Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala , cumin powder, curry leaves and green chilli. Fry in low heat. Add chilli paste and ketchup. Mix well . add water , lemon juice and salt. If you want to add color you can add. When the water boils check the salt and spices. Adjust accordingly. Now add the fried soya. And coat the soya with the spices. You can serve this as a starter.

Finally ഒന്നുകൂടി പറയട്ടെ 5.30ക്കു soya65 കഴിച്ചിട്ട് 9.30ആയിട്ടും വിശപ്പ്‌ വീണില്ല ആർക്കും(our usual time for dinner is 7.30-8pm). ഞങ്ങൾ 10പേരുള്ളൊരു വല്യ ഫാമിലി ആയോണ്ട് 200gm ഉണ്ടാക്കി. എല്ലാർക്കും എത്തിക്കണ്ടേ 7-8pieces. വിശപ്പില്ലായ്മക്ക് ഞാൻ ഒരു ഡയലോഗഉം കൊടുത്തു'soyabean is the richest source of protein so u never feel appetite.
