Green chillies - 4 or as per taste
Ginger - 1 big piece
Garlic - 18 big cloves
Tomato - 1 big
Curry leaves
Crushed pepper - ¾ tbsp.
Chilly powder - ¼ tbsp
Fennel seeds - powdered, ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder - ½ tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - to taste
Salt - to taste
