Hi Shilpa, thanks for all such detailed guidance for daily practices of yoga. I want to know two things clear. May you please guide me. Actually, While performing all such exercises, for which I have to lie down on the flat surface, I feel dizziness and vomiting. So I cannot find any solution to my problem. And the other thing is, may you please suggest some of yogas or exercises or asanas for the women of 45+ age group having more than 60 kg weight. Stay blessed and happy with your loving family.

I like your yoga Channel❤❤ I saw that every channel has a new lesson-teaching technique it's so good when someone talks to say what these poses are on while you are showing the Yoga practice on the Channel. Your channel is similar to my old yoga instructors who taught yoga techniques many years ago. she taught yoga practice in each lesson with a name of that. She was doing like you first:
1)- warm-up
