It depends on the individual, by default if you stay in a hospital for more than few yrs, you will be having contact of most of the departments
Sir, is it good to take anaesthesia in newer peripheral AIIMS?? Will there be enough exposure?
Better to take in best state hospitals than peripheral aiims

CV can be built by doing courses and attending workshops, but research might get compromised.
Over all it might look inferior than a institute cv

Even plain mbbs can earn good money. Rank and choice of subject doesn't make you poor or rich

If u r expert n dedicated then nothing can stop u... Surgeons prefer expert anaesthesiologist for surgeries
