You will be make more in UAE not in uk since the taxation in high and cost of living is very high

Free lance practice is like doing hunt in jungle, u develop ur territory , u work u get ur food , 😊, good discusion sir , i feel corporate organisation don't reward to anaesthetist generously,.if u are not satisfied with renumeration and u want to leave hosp they will not stop u
