Internal medicine can treat pt above 16 yrs to any upper limit. It's all about the knowledge your going to build in the field. Geriatric specialist can become famous faster as he will be doing niche work and usually people refer them by word of mouth to another old age person. The old people in the community usually talk to each other so high chances that they will spread your name if you treat them well with empathy.
