I agree with a lot of what you said and cannot wait to practice this more. I am harder on myself than anyone. However, might I suggest leaving the part out about heaven. I get what you mean but for those who are interested in your teaching and are religious, this might come off as offensive.

my friend Slavoj has Psychosocial Dwarfism (also known as Kasper Hauser Syndrome) he says he doesn't have a self to give compassion to. How can I get him to use this stuff?)

The interviewer kind of bugs me. She sounds scripted and sarcastic.
Yeah, my therapist has actually warned me about it :D but it's important to look past that and focus on what she's actually saying :)
