Hi Mate and thank you for watching. If you look in the description below you will find the links to the accessories used. I used the MTC-13 model. Thank you
@@150_ADVenture Hi mate, thank you for watching. It's actually better than I thought. Pairing it to my cardo also works better than pairing to the bike. And because my phone is paired to the bike ,my steering controls still works. It's only the volume I still have to do from the cardo unit itself, which I am currently using anyway.Pre-downloading offline maps also works great. So,so far it was worth the price.
@@hein3g Hi mate. Now that you've had a chance to travel with the GPS, I was wondering how the mounting mod went. Does it stay in one place or do you have to reposition it after you've jumped the bike or ridden over corrigations? Cheers for the feedback.
Having a satnav ram mounted makes too much leverage on the bar. I’ve done similar using a rather heavy android phone with a large battery. Sikaflexed a amps mount to the back to provide a near flush mounting held on with thumb wheel screws to the bike mount. I leave the bike at meets etc. figured if someone has enough time to work out how to remove it, I’ll take it off myself
@@briancummings4912 Thanks for your feedback and can see that being a issue with the arm extension. This unit being a cheap buy there is not much to it to be honest, doesn't weigh much. So I will see how it goes. Just don't want my phone on the handlebar flopping around and exposed to rain. This unit is cheap, a phone not so cheap.
@@kostiantynlevchenko5415 Thank you for watching. On the theft side of things I think the only alternative is to use the provided arm so it's removable but will flop around being so far extended. The one wanting to steal this will break the unit and the bike if he really wants it that bad.
@@javierc2726 Thank you for watching, yes you are correct. Cheaper alternative to gps for those not wanting to spend the extra money. For now I can use it downloading offline maps when there's no cellphone signal, until starlink is up and running.
Professionally presented as usual! NZ outback awaits! Albeit, slowly 😉🤙
Lekker man. Just bought this bike.
Loving your videos around the 450MT mate !! Thanks 👌

Nice video and insructions. What about thiefs? How easy is to steal it?

Try a wide resolution, it's been ages since square resolutions are gone
@@javierc2726 Thanks for the 'positive' feedback...I'm new to the youtube scene. So, I'll get there.
@@hein3g No problem. Stick to 16:9 aspect ratio that is the most common used
Also that doesn't look like a GPS, but just an android auto screen
