Thank you for watching. I have used 45mm/51mm. Reason I had to make a collar stepping up from 41.7mm to 44.9mm.

Nice deep sound. Hoping they have a full exhaust. Like a larger diameter header as well a cat delete. No need for emissions where i live. Can plate a twostroke dirt bike, literally even a riding lawn mower can be plated and ridden on the streets here just north or Seattle, WA.
The standard pipe seems shorter than the new pipe though
@@paulvandervyver4223 Thank you for your feedback. Yes, it probably is. I wanted it to be longer as I was wanting more of a Tenere look. I wanted the pipe angled upward more too. But don't want to modify the factory header ,so I just kept it at the same angle as the header.

@@howardmann5634 I got the Rhinowalk 14ltr x2. Fits very well. I will do a video soon.
Perhaps im just an old fart. I quite like the stock exhaust muffler & stock sound. But, it does sound fruiter! Swapping out the muffler, has it affected the low speed fueling & throttle grip position? Is it popping like crazy on the overrun? Since you're an engineering chap, could you lengthen the bracket to move the clamp midway over the can to give it a balanced support? Also, if you have those facilities, maybe create a new hanger to incorporate the pannier racks & do away with the pillion footpegs all together? You'd need shorter hex cap screws, but doable. Otherwise, you have got some cracking scenic roads there! Cheers!

A big weight saving, interesting to see the length of the pipe when the silencer is removed, I would like a raised exhaust similar to the HP Corse version for the Tenere, looks like the pipe would need cutting. Thanks for all the interesting videos as I wait for MT.

@@stevesanelli90 Thanks mate, I'm located in Wellington upper-hutt. Ha ha...I have trim removal tools,that specific spot is a bit recessed. A hook and pick tool was probably the better option🤪. I just don't have them, yet...😄

Are those panniers brackets the CFmoto ones or from AliExpress? Because I thought the genuines came with replacement pre-holed plastic trims? These pannier brackets are off AliExpress and I did quite a bit of reading and could not find any photos or evidence of any models that have removable tabs already in the covers. I'm actually new to ADV riding,being a bit on the short side so I thought this bike would be a great start as I want to travel the whole of NZ on my bike. I have quite a bit of hours behind the belt in trail riding as I own a Beta xtrainer as well for all the technical... Again a bike that has a low seat height and only weighs 98kg. The crash bars are on order and should be on future videos...so please if you would give me a Like & Subscribe, you will see all the videos I still have lined-up. I really enjoy what I do,and can only get better from here on... Cheers Mate Oh...and I'm working on the full lisence 😂

@@nevillegreg1Hi Neville, I made it at work as we have a engineering department and lots of off-cutt materials.
Your install videos are very good. I thought in this case it may have been typical after cleaning the surface to apply a wet solution (water with detergent) to the surface before fixing the TPU film. This allows you to easily slide the film to its proper location.
@@nevillegreg1 Thank you for your feedback. I didn't use the spray as I found the film to be small enough to get correct without water/detergent to avoid the chance it might not stick to the headlight surface well enough. But yes,if it was a bigger surface I would have to use detergent...
Thank you for your feedback. The video does not do the pipe justice, sounds much better in person. Factory silencer weighs 3.9kg over the aftermarket weighing 1.78kg

clean work, had trouble with mine lacking tools but i managed 😂. installed the oem pannier bracket didn't get the spare it comes as it came from 3rd party. keep up the installation videos, they're really helpful, and oh for the tail tidy you might want to put a sealant on the holes where the wires go through as water and grime gets to it when you ride on rain or puddle.

Thanks mate. It does seem like it hey,ha ha. It is definitely the correct bracket for the left. It just seems to have been cut out as a mirror image😄. I did email the store I bought it from. Let's see if they will send me one that's cut out correctly 😄.
the stock tail light assembly is axtually quite light wgich is surprising when my little honda dual sport is quite geavy 😂
Good effort on the video. I think you may have purchased the saddlebag stays from the same place I bought mine. Looks like you got two right plates as the left reads TM instead of MT!

mud/water gets into the hole where tge wires go through though, bought some rubber gromets, I'll see if it fits and somehow stop most of the water and grime getting through.

That film is not going to protect the light against rocks, stones or pebbles. What a waste of money and time.
Thank you for sharing. It will obviously not protect against big rocks, but I have been using the same film on my cars for many years and worked a charm against surface pitting and scratches. To me the main reason is for darker appearance if using the tinted film as it makes the lights blend in with the black surround.

Any idea if the gray screen protectors have a significant effect on the brightness? 10% less or 30%? Also very curious for these engine protectors
I have the same tint film on my car headlights and did the one headlight first. Tested against the wall I visually couldn't see a difference against the wall. So the difference was little enough for me to use it. I will have a video ready soon of the covers. Thanks for showing interest.

Corsa OPC is a little, if not the best small hatchback out there. 207 HP. 1.6L engine with a Turbo. And great chassis, look, suspension, tires, landing gear, transmission. The OPC corsa is one of the most sporty cars out there.
