    I have a weighted jump rope that I haven't used lately so I was excited to add it back in to my workout! If I have to move inside I won't have the ceiling space but love the fact that ...."We have options!" :-D

    Jump rope tutorial would be great. I believe it’s a lot to do with practice but still 😊 And I’d love a video or couple shorter ones how to stretch into splits. I know all stretches myself but I’m too bored doing them without someone talking and I give up after a while 🤦🏻‍♀️😄 Oh and I would absolutely love trx workout! Thank you for being so positive and always here for us ❤️

    I don't have the space to jump rope, and my downstairs neighbors would not appreciate the noise. That's just my personal situation -- they are fun and it's a great option to include in workouts!! I am happy to do some other form of cardio during those intervals. :) Thanks for the great workouts!

    I love jump rope! The ceiling in my workout space is too low for me to use one, but I always faux jump rope. It's a great way to get cardio in (and work those leg muscles too!)

    It’s not getting the jump rope that’s the problem, it’s having the space to jump rope in. In the room I work out in, I would hit the ceiling fan if I jump roped. But no problem, doing those same motions without the rope is great too. Great workout today! Loved it!

      I was thinking the same thing. But jumprope or no jumprope, we'll still be getting the same thing out of the exercises. We just won't have to worry about tripping over the rope.

      Jump-rope can be tricky, space-wise --but I do welcome a new challenge in movement, especially if it involves spicing up cardio (and keeping it from going stale). So I'd definitely be willing to incorporate stuff like boxes, steps and jump-ropes! I'd figure something out for the space and the equipment. And, if all else fails, I'd merrily air-jump along with you all. As Sidney says: we've got options!!

    Crushed today's workout! What a great start to my weekend :)
    I loved the addition of the jump rope! I bought one a few weeks ago, hoping to increase my cardio by skipping 3-4 times a week. I'd love a jump rope tutorial and/or a jump rope centered workout in the future, if that's possible. Maybe even incorporating jump rope as the cardio for a strength and conditioning workout!

    I used to love to jump rope when I had young knees. It’s so much fun but I can’t do it anymore but that’s OK. I can always find lots of alternatives to you hopping around. Love your workouts!

I’ve taken a few days off this week...sometimes my body needs a day or two of recovery from working long 12 hours shifts as a nurse, especially when I’m on Covid floor!     I crushed it today with modifications. Full disclosure, I had to do modifications due to my period. I didn’t have a jump rope but used my body weight. I will check Target and Walmart for a jump rope. I would like to see jump rope moves with the workout as you did today. I don’t need glute resistance bands but I’m keeping an eye on when your water bottles are back in stock. I would like to get a water bottle and a towel. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see you tomorrow for our weekly stretch.

    I do Crossrope workouts, so I’m a huge fan of jumping rope. I would love to see you use the jump rope more in your workouts.

    Finished this in 2024. This was recorded during COVID. Sydney referenced how it was hard to find dumbbells. I am glad that times are different now. 8/20/2024
