    A bit embarrassed to say I cried at the end of the workout during the stretch. I've been in an especially low mood the past few days and have felt like a failure for the majority of my life (depression, anxiety, low self esteem, it aint fun). Exercise has become one of the few things I manage to achieve and gives me at least one success everyday. When you talked about wanting to quit halfway through but pulling through to the end, it hit me hard. Thank you for giving me something to be proud about. I used to mix and match workouts from you and other channels, but you've been pumping out so many good ones I decided to do a purely Sydney month. Currently on week 3 and I've already changed my mind and made playlists to last me up to 8 weeks because there's so many of your workouts I want to do. I was going to comment when I'd got halfway but the emotional impact of your talk at the end made me comment now. Thank you again for all you do! I'll comment again after the 8th week to let you know how I got on! ♥️

    Love seeing everyone in the comments who is here for August! When Sydney announced the playlist, at first I thought that I would just pick an old program to do again. But I remembered that the biggest thing that motivates me is knowing how many people are doing the workouts with me! Seeing everyone in here gives me the attitude and strength to do it. We're all in it together!

    I love how we can tell that she’s out of breath and tired, it really shows she’s working hard as well. Other fitness influencers seem to never break a sweat or get tired but we know she is working super hard and I think I can speak for everyone when I say that it’s super motivating to see that.

    I was in the middle of this workout and my 3 year-old daughter wandered down the stairs into the room. She started watching and even joined me for some jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and "crazy flamingos" (as we named one of your moves). The highlight of my workout was when she told me "Remember, this is YOUR workout mommy."

    I love revisiting these older workouts!!! HIIT Cardio has always been a challenge but this third time around I've seen how I've grown in my cardio stamina and was able to push hard in each move the whole way through!!! Breathing hard, sweating crazy but I am proud of the work I put in today!     Hiiii Sydney & hello and love to anyone reading this comment along their fitness journey. I’m a mother of four kids & I’ve been out of shape and about 30lbs overweight since I had two of my babies back to back in 2018 & 2019. I used to be an active person who lived for going to the gym and playing tennis. As I got older and got married and had kids, I found there was less and less time for self care. I decided to try exercising at home, and I tripped across Sydney & fell in love with her energy. I love that these workouts are intense but you switch exercises constantly. It keeps any one activity from feeling overwhelming or too hard for those of us returning to exercising 😂Thank you Sydney for your beautiful spirit and energy. You are helping sooooo many of us, just by being you. You make me want to show up everyday. Stay strong everyone 💪 😁

    Crushed me like a dead meat!!! I added the 10 minute Tabatha cardio tuneup after this and I am totally spent. The link to the cardio did not work but I looked for it and found it. Was extremely hard and Sydney as you said was wondering in between thinking...I am so tired and am I going to finish this? Definitely a fabulous heart pumping workout. Loved it. Tuesday 2nd Aug 2022 workout complete.

    you know it was an ass kicking workout when you feel like you never wanna eat again during and after the routine. my lungs and throat were just burning and i could not control my breathing whatsoever it honestly made me wanna vomit. i havent done bodyweight hiit in a long time so i will definitely try and include 2 of these types of workouts along with my others each week. i feel sooo great thank you

    My first cardio workout in a very long time and since having covid… 5 mins into this I wondered if I could do it! But I persevered and made it to the end! Not sure there’s a part of me not covered in sweat! Great workout, thanks Sydney for reminding me that no matter what life throws at me, I CAN do this 🙌🏻

    Just *almost* crushed this workout! This was a tough one, especially first thing in the morning 😅. There were a couple times I had to reeeaaally slow it down, but I’m so glad I finished it!

    Sooo excited to be here in August!!! Since I only been with Sydney since March of this year this is an awesome way to catch up with her!!. She’s the only trainer I have stuck with and will stick to from now on. Amazing person all around. I hope you and Dustin have the best and happiest Honeymoon ever!!.

    To whoever needs to read and relate to this: It's August 2nd 2022. Gained 10 pounds over the summer, lost muscle mass. I'm a teacher so summer was definitely relaxed. I'm also a guy and very much in a woman's world but I've enjoyed Sydney ever since the pandemic hit. Every 5 minutes of this workout, I wanted to quit. At 20 minutes, 25 minutes, at 30 minutes. I had to modify almost every one, had to stop early on several but I did it to make it the whole 40. I'm exhausted and didn't quit.

    Half way through I said, this is too hard...I'll just go walk on the treadmill, but Sydney said, I'm with you! So I stayed and finished! Not perfect but I worked hard!

    I've had to take a week a off because of stupid covid, but I did my best through this workout (made it 30 out of 40 min) and will slowly make my way back as my energy returns. Nothing makes you appreciate a good workout more than when you can't workout! I agree that it will be fun to see Syd's tranformation over this next month.

      Sydney Cummings Sydney I love these workouts it's a great way to power up for that 10 minute Tabata tuneup. I do modify some of the cardio moves cause girl I can't rock those Irish jig moves lol so I borrow some of your sports moves from your other workouts. Would love for you give us more challenging workouts (I can't believe I'm sayin this) but it's yes thank to your workouts I am actually wanting a more channelling routine. I love you sooo much girl you are the best!!!! ❤️

    I smashed this workout again on Thursday, 2-1-2024 and turned it up by adding light hand weights and ankle weights. Keep up the incredible fitness journey!!!

    Good lord! Sydney veteran here and this was one of the toughest workouts of hers in my opinion…
    But don’t let that discourage you. I feel super bad ass having gotten through it. Don’t give up!
