    Wow has it really been a year since you made the last video there? I remember last time you said there was something special behind the wall upstairs haha. Anyway the house looks good, I like the way it was laid out.

      Well let me tell you Runcorn is one of the best locations for profitable rentals with good profits

    really sweet ROI,i don't know why they say landlords hate that business and not making profit
    but seriously,value of house went up 100% in 10 years?
    what is the reason for that?

      The government was supposed to build a lot of houses but they failed, that has left a massive shortage of housing stock on top of that the is more and more people needing housing

      @@danieleverywhere132 rent has 2x in the past 10 years for sure as for incomes they have gone up but not as much as the cost of living leaving people it a bad situation with the big squeeze, but it looks to be worldwide this in 2024

    Surprised you didn't buy a house for a pound when they were selling them in Webster road wavertree Liverpool nomad lad even though you'd need thirty grand to do them up nomad lad after a couple of years when you can sell them most likely make a good profit if you sell up nomad lad wish i would of had thirty grand would of bought one lad hate paying rent making landlords rich

      I think them houses were for first time buyers they were designed to help people onto the property ladder I guess. what’s that area by Granby Street looking like now did they finish the project do you know ?

      You seem like a good landlord nomad lad wish you was my landlord lad my landlord when the boiler breaks down on Friday will not send a plumber out till Monday because it cost more and does not care when there is mold in the rooms and when mice got in the property would not deal with the problem all he cares about is making money and not about the welfare of his tenants nomad lad
