Fast forward to July 2024 and they now have over 38,000 reviews and still holding strong at 4.5 stars. I just purchased a pair on Prime Week for $59. They normally are around $80-90
This is a great pair of boots got them for an old job washing semi-trucks, I literally would spray my boots off at COB with a pressure washer and my feet would still be dry. I would also wear these for 10+ hrs and my feet didn't hurt very comfortable. I don't wear them as much now that I work in an office but I do for the winter and let me say even in the snow they're great they keep my feet warm without making them sweaty. I would buy another pair again my only problem is that they're still in great condition lol. Highly recommend 👍
I've only had mine for 3 months and I'm doing anywhere from 6 to 8 miles a weekend in them strictly hiking.
So far they have been great. The only thing I did was get some decent insoles for them because I'm a bigger guy and it helps with my heel spurs.
Mail carrier here, these are hands down the best budget boots for rainy days for me. Please note that water WILL penetrate slowly after hours of hard storm and leave your feet damp, but pretty much waterproof for normal on & off rainy situations.
Are they insulated ?
I ran mine under the bathtub faucet and no water seeped through. So far so good. My Merrel moabs which say they’re waterproof get soaked easily when not fully submerged. Oh and I added Trail Blazers insoles to the Columbias and they’re perfect. The cheap insoles that come with the boots were hard on my feet so I do recommend getting quality inserts such as Trail Blazers and no I am not getting paid to say this.

I just saw your waterproof in these boots and they are apparently incredible, but when I inquired about the impermeability in the columbia store in Chile, what the person in charge told me was not as incredible as you can see in your video. Now I don't know if that person hates working there or is extremely sincere.
I imagine in comfort they must be excellent.

The mesh has a membrane that doesn't let water through. Apparently though this particular model doesn't wear well over time (hard work only a few months)

Any boots are waterproof for 2 weeks ...or few months, the expensive ones. Worn almost everyday.

Are they good for warehouse, long hours on foot, ankle, and would it be useful if something heavy drops on my foot? I work at FedEx ground as a package handler. Please answer
These are not work boots, best for light hiking. Work boots should have a synthetic or steel toe.
is the upper separating from the outsole? i want to buy these but i have a feeling that the weakspot will appear at the connection between the leather and rubber thus creating an opening for water. let me know.
