As employee #1 and Head of Growth at GetHarley, she transformed an MVP to find Product-Market-Fit by developing the Go-to-Market Strategy. In 3 years, it grew to 60 employees, and raised 2 rounds of funding ~£20MM from Tier 1 VCs, growing triple-digits Year on Year.
Margo loves building a community in the startup ecosystem and started her freelancing career last year as a Fractional CMO and Growth Advisor to early-stage startups.
