I was coasting before but you push me to challenge myself and reach for heavier weights. Recently I weighed myself before getting in the bath and I was surprised to see I weigh the same even though all my clothes are looser. But I caught sight of my body in the full length mirror and I’ve got muscles and definition I never had before! Not bulky but ripped! Thank you for making me excited about working out! Your enthusiasm is truly infectious!

I love how you encourage to just try picking up heavier weights. I picked up my 20’s that I haven’t used much yet and did the dead lift/ squat combo and the one arm chest/ glute bridges! Thank you for helping me push myself when I probably wouldn’t have on my own! Stronger together ❤️

This was such a great combination! The glute bridge circuit was my fave! But I also love curtsy lunges and flyes and lateral lunges so I guess the whole routine was my favorite! Such a great burn! Thank you!

Melted into that humble warrior stretch -never had seen it before- and liked the split hamstring forward stretch. Started at 5:00 and now 12:30 and I feel my harmstrings and glutes..I love your cool down..based on yoga they are so beneficial to our body. Have a wonderful day!😘
Love your workouts my chest is on fire. Definitely didn't feel burnt out in the legs. I went heavy I guess for me I didn't feel like I was able to get the reps in like last weeks legs and glutes
This might be my favorite so far! I went a bit light as I was so sore last week. Any advice on leg weights? If I use weights that would take me failure I can barely walk the next few days. Do you go a bit lighter just so you’re not so sore? Clearly the soreness means the muscles are working.
Way to go Gina! I personally like to push my weights in these strength workouts, knowing you have a leg rest day the following day, but you can always do what works best for you!
I love the “humble warrior” stretch at the end. I haven’t seen it in any other workouts!
