    Hi, so as a professional stylist, I can tell you that if you start from the bottom instead of the top every time you put your conditioner in and comb through your hair, it will make a huge difference! Best wishes!

My hair loves it and my curly/wavy hair looks and feels so great after I started using it. I actually so bought a hair mask from the brand that I'm gonna try tomorrow. The only thing about their products that I don't like is that it has a lot of idk parfume in it or it smells too much, I men good, but a little too much. I actually did the mistake of believing I had curlier/wavier hair than I have. I actually have 2a which you might have as well. Some pieces are straight and some curly (especially at the ends of my hair). If you want curlier hair, the Denman brush helps. India Batson has a nice video on how to define curls with it. But what you need to know is if you don't have curly/wavy hair enough, you could find yourself everyday spending an hour to get the look you want. I did it, it was annoying lol. But it still helps a lot with having pretty and even waves/curls. Give it a try if you'd like :)

      Idk if you've found a solution yet but here is something that could help lol. What I used to do was use the Denman brush but not like how they all use it. I got it from India Batson, she shows how to get defined curls with it, the video is still on her channel. And it works wonders!!! However I've quickly learned that it's just an impression of having wavier/curlier hair. It doesn't last 2 days if you don't have type 2b-2c hair. I've found out soon after that my hair is a 2a instead of 2c ish as I thought it was. So for the Denman brush curls, I had to re do it every day to get the look and it gets quite annoying lol so now I'm trying to find out how to get nicer even loose waves that work for my actual 2a hair and don't take an hour to refresh every day lol

      Setting lotion or or some kind of hold cream. Doesn’t have to be a hard hold. Put that in while hair wet. The wetter the better and if you can don’t take out the braid until completely dry. I have naturally curly hair but I can't get the frizz out.. like nothing works. My hair holds oil quite well so products don't look good. Nit even my hair dresser could get rid of all the frizz!

      Gels with hard cast will work best. Then after it dries completely (don’t touch your hair before it dries completely) you put a layer of hair spray. I know. It suck’s especially if you don’t like a lot of products in your hair. Also if you don’t already. Clarify your hair regularly especially if you have hard water. If you have hard water then a chelating shampoo followed by moisturizing mask. Water Filters are good. Protein treatments can help. I’m throwing all the stuff out there that helps with frizz. You might know all these already. Certain Ayurvedic herbs help as well as clay washes/rinses. Lots of information out there. Good luck.

      you have to train your hair to not be oily, the longer you go wothout washing it, it starts to not get oily so fast, try doing updos if you hair gets oily :)

      Prepoos. Doesn’t have to be with straight oils. Could be a conditioner before shampooing.

      You can't trust when china just starts to stop using something, it more than likely went underground, covered up. That being said I don't want people who have Aussie products to just throw out their soap but consider researching your products closely. The retailers will cut corners to get cheap products in the hands of consumers without regard to the problems or will brush them under the rug.
      Edit: When you feel good you look good. When you look good and feel good you are good! Keep your thoughts with the persecuted people in china and the world 🌎

    • @theprettygoodgatsby
      @theprettygoodgatsby 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@karlaps3994 Brushing fr the ends and working ur way up slowly to the top is the recommended way to detangle ur hair. Combing fr the top causes more knotting (esp for longer hair). Even if it's barely knotted, ur hair can still get quite tangled up there and would require u to be more forceful and rough on ur hair --that causes a lot of unnecessary breakage/damage. Start fr the ends as it is a lot looser and easier to untangle; you can't cause any more knotting since ur already at the edge. Comb thru portion by portion, slowly moving up once each section is detangled. Once ur at the top and there are no more tangles, you can continue w ur normal way of brushing( top to bottom)
