The guys of my age will confirm: in the Soviet Army, people from the Central Asian republics served as cooks. Of course, no one supplied the army with lamb or kosher beef. And everyone not only cooked from pork, but also ate pork - or does someone want to say that the cooks deprived themselves of meat?
Well, then: you can’t have pork, but vodka? And cool beer in the heat? And for other people's women? And to engage in unclean deeds for the sake of money? Or surf the Internet and look for someone else to tell that pork is not allowed?
In short, get away from me, Pharisees and two-faced pseudo-believers! We live in a multinational state - some eat pork, others mutton and beef, and everyone has the right to eat what they want, because what does not enter a person defiles him, but what comes out of a person.
And I'm a cook! My job is to cook and teach how to properly prepare all people, without considering their nationality and faith.
Therefore, today I show how to cook in a tandoor in a special way not only lamb, but also pork. The cameramen from the film crew tried it and they say that it turned out very tasty!
In short, first bake all sorts of fragrant and tasty vegetables on the grill - according to your taste! Pass them through a blender, add salt, spices, a little vinegar, oil, and also - this is a big secret - breadcrumbs and boiled potatoes, which will make the marinade thick and enveloping.
In general, look carefully and you will understand everything correctly!
