The time, weather and shockingly poor deliveries didn't allow me to do as much as I would have liked but here's some info on HPI's new range of servos that's about to hit the shelves..
Once they're on the market, I'll post links to where you can buy them from. (I'll earn a small commission from anything purchased through the links)

The Venture is a really nice rig. The body isn't the prettiest but it certainly looks better with scale accessories.
Glad the hpi is getting a new servo!
I have a sneaking suspicion that the radio gear might actually be the culprit.
The ISDT ESC90 has been out for about a year...give or take. I bought one back in June 2023. I REALLY like it! Especially because of the lack of a PWM scream/squeal. The Bluetooth app is really handy too!
Wow, that's crazy! How have I never seen it before? There don't seem to be any old videos, either.
I really like my ESC70. I think the early problems were solved and it's pretty good.
I think the esd90 is one that somebody has mutillated and sent back then you ordered one and you got it. It happens quite a bit.
It's pretty shocking if that's the case.
I would bin the hpi servos they are a load of 💩 and go for power HD savox or a bit more money a reefs RC .. I had the original venture got rid of it as it was so noisy and no upgrades as it needed loads but none available..
It seems a bit harsh to judge a brand new servo range on the old ones. These might be great.
I've got a Power HD. As far as I can see, it's just the same as the cheap Amazon/eBay/AliExpress ones. Decent torque but awful speed.
A Savox 1210 is probably the most obvious choice but always open to try new ones. I'm going to try this with a different radio setup too. I'm not too sure about the one in the Wayfinder.
I think there may be some upgrades coming for the truck. I'll keep everyone posted as I find out.
