I agree! I turned 16 in 1982 and LOVED the way women dressed, had the big hair, and all that! It really took off around 1986 or so. God I LOVED that time!
.....Excellent 80's recall. Ladies of Vixen make me feel 20 years younger by just watching them. I can't say this is timeless but I will say this and 80's musical ornaments like this comprised the very heart of the genre. Bravo Vixen, your contirbution shall not go unnoticed!....

This band had it all. Their music is still fresh...some of my favorite musicians! I'm lucky that I grew up during a time when woman were beginning to be seen and heard. Rock on!

Sounds like you guys were a few years older and younger than me. We're lucky to have lived through those days. Muscle cars were cheap, weed was safe, and the Hair Bands and the girls that went to their concerts were rocking. Miss that "big hair" and spandex!
Agreed I loved the 80's they rocked so much talent as I grew up in the 60's which was also awesome and the 70's RULED also tons of concerts I went to. Man those were the days.

80s to early 90s was TRULY a magical time.
80's rock is the best of the best. I was really young when the greatest music in the world was coming out and i would love to see bands like this in concert. Too bad everything that comes out today is fake and it sucks!

Old? ok maybe just a litle, but 80s is never coming back. Those days are the best years of my life. That time i dont have anything but i am been free like a bird. Now i have everything but this years is just not the same:)). Including music. Its just not sound right.:) Yeah those are the days...the best one.

Great rock n roll band. Kick ass very talented people. wish the original line could or would get back together. The chemistry on stage was amazing. then off stage they can hate each other all they want. untill its time to get back on stage. The true vixen fans want the original vixen!!!!!!!!!!

Vixen..this reminds me how beautiful they were.
Vixen is one of my favorite pop-rock groups. Hear me out...I don't define heavy metal by sound, but instead by content. If a rock band deals with matters regarding the world, the economy, race relations or things of that sort, then they're a heavy metal band, because the subjects are heavy.
Pop, on the other hand, is something perky and energizing, and this is a song that has a great energy to it.
If I refer to Vixen as pop-rock, I say it with love, because pop is fun and so's the song.
You know what I notice about this group as well....they have the best personalities from other groups. For example, the singer has a Steve Tyler strut at one point in the video, the drummer has a Tommy Lee personality while playing, the bass player that carefree attitude like Eddie Van Halen (I know, Eddie played guitar), and the guitarist reminds me of the guitarist from Heart. What a combination!
