  • LinkedIn is a powerful tool for all professionals to take their online profiles to the next level. Developers can use LinkedIn especially to show off the things they have done, get a job, and network with like-minded professionals!
I love LinkedIn and the network that I've been able to find and grow on there has led me to amazing opportunities, jobs, contacts, and professional connections! I know that everyone can leverage the tool to grow their own impact, and see how it can unlock new abilities for your career.
If you want to connect with me on LinkedIn, shoot over a connection request (bonus if you let me know you saw this video!) / jaden-feddock

    Hi, I'm Jaden
I'm a business owner (x2), tech enthusiast, and creator, I’m always looking to improve myself by learning, setting powerful goals, and working hard.
When I'm not building these businesses or coding a fun app, I like to make videos here and write articles for my website!
    Enjoy!

I heard a great podcast with Bre Welch who is a headshot photographer in Utah-she said more people choose a business/services based on a headshot than anything else. Having just seen someone choose a dentist based solely on the headshot I’m inclined to agree. Your suggestions were spot-on on that! Great information!

Fantastic video. I'd have loved to have seen 1-3 example profiles shown, particularly for the about section. Otherwise, amazing tips!

Awesome video! One question, I am a .Net Developer but I worked in a Machine Industry for a long time. Should I add previous experiences other than software developing?

You definitely can, but make sure each experience you add can tie directly to a skill that you bring to a software job (eg organization skills, management experience, etc)
