  • In this episode make a delicious Slimming World Recipes Pizza!
    I did weigh 26.7 stone now I weigh 15 stone and 13.5lbs, I am only 13.5 lbs away from my target!
    Please note Healthy Extra B oon an Extra Easy day is 60g of "cooked pizza base" and on an SP day 120g of "cooked" Pizza Base. It is around 6 syns for each Healthy Extra B when syning.

    Nice website! I like the community chat part. There is hardly anything forum wise to chat about Slimming World. I usually use minimins but I think I'll be heading over to your Community Chat more often!

    Great video Patrick. I'm going to try this pizza recipe for sure. I thought from the start, when you first came onto TH-cam that you would make a good TV or radio presenter so it was no surprise to me, to see a previous video of yours a couple of days ago where you were on a TV channel.

    Best way to make dough is to use your hands and then use the same hands to knead! Try using a bigger bowl and you might be able to knead in bowl?? It might save flour!! I've only made brown soda bread so not au fait with yeast! Try putting cling film down first and then rolling it, saves flour

    Hiya, I have to say that this is a great channel, out of all the SW bloggers/ YT channels, yours is definitely the most varied and in depth in terms of tips and tricks. Especially love the drinking water reminder you give in your videos too, always reminds me to drink mine!
    Just a question; at 1.14, you described it as 'cooked pizza base' - I might sound a bit simple here, but were you still referring to using bread mix when you said that? As I got a bit confused, had in my head 'pizza base' and went out and bought 'pizza dough mix' rather than bread mix, without thinking. I'm guessing you still meant bread dough, right?

    This looks delicious, i'll be trying this out for an EE day. I'm only in my first week of going to SW classes so i don't really understand SP - i thought it was to avoid carbs but you used more flour than if you were doing EE?
    You're videos have been really helpful getting some god ideas in, thanks!

    Does it have to be wholemeal bread mix? The recipient I saw yesterday didn't specify wholemeal just bread mix. If it should be wholemeal do you know how many syns it would be for white bread mix.

    I love making this pizza. Can you please just confirm what pizza flour you can use from Asda because the one I bought came in a box rather than a bag?

      Weigh In Time only got 1 proper SP day as my weight in day was Thursday however I am looking to do 2 a week in future see how it goes I've done a week at a time before but not had great losses so mixing it up might help

      You could also finely dice half an onion and soften in a pan with crushed garlic. Then add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a little basil. Then blend for a smooth tomato sauce :-)

      If you add chinese 5 spice, smoked paprika, a vegetable stock cube, diet cola, salt/pepper and Worcestershire sauce, gelatine sheet/powder to passata, onion and garlic you can make a syn free BBQ sauce!
